Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your crackers order with CRACKERS1.

1. Orders & Payments

Orders will be processed only after confirmation of the order and successful payment.
Customers should verify the product name, quantity, price and total amount before confirming the order.
Payments may be made through the available payment methods provided by CRACKERS1.

2. Product Selection

Customers can select products from the available 2026–2027 price list or website.
Product availability may vary depending on stock at the time of order processing.
In case a selected product is unavailable, CRACKERS1 may contact the customer regarding an alternative product.

3. Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the selected pickup location or delivery location, as applicable.
Delivery charges, including applicable To-Pay charges, shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics service provider and product availability.

4. Cancellation & Returns

Customers should carefully verify their order details before placing the order.
Cancellation requests will be considered according to the applicable order status and company policy.
Fireworks are specially packed and handled products. Returns may not be accepted after dispatch except where applicable under company policy.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should check the package and products upon delivery.
Any damaged, defective or incorrect item should be reported to CRACKERS1 as soon as possible with appropriate photographs or videos.
Requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable company policy.

6. Safety

Customers must follow all applicable safety instructions while storing, handling and using fireworks. Fireworks should be used only in appropriate locations and in accordance with applicable laws and safety guidelines.

7. Fund Scheme

Customers participating in the CRACKERS1 10-month fund scheme are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that scheme.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order details. CRACKERS1 shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
